CareFWD is in a limited early-access phase with a small group of partner hospitals and post-acute providers. Access is arranged directly with us, and the agreement covering that access — along with any business associate agreement your organization requires — is executed as part of onboarding rather than by clicking through a page.
How CareFWD protects patient data is documented on our Security & Privacy page, and our Privacy page describes the status of the full privacy policy.
